"Your staff are friendly and welcoming."

I think you could better explain the services available to you at check-in, so that you know what to choose from. Also, I had some trouble reaching you via [email protected]. I also communicated via Booking.com. I got no reply on either service. Your communication here could be improved, just to know they'd been identified and put aside. Taggio Tumas.

水回りのクロムメッキから錆が出ている。バスタブ水廻り配置が良くない。バスタブはあるが、シャワーとして使い、お湯張りはしなかった。備え付け椅子の高さ調整機能が不十分。大通りに抜けるまでの区間に路上生活者が散見される。

Some employees, in my opinion, have not been properly trained to charge all items such as water, tea, shampoo, toothbrush, towels, etc. when cleaning the room. I think this is a weakness that can be easily solved.

"Stayed in the deluxe Junior Suite. They have renovated the place and now rooms look nice. We were leaving early and they packed us quite a good breakfast. Staff were friendly and responsive."

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

前の道路はわりと交通量があります。 街の中心部から歩いて15～20分ほどかかり、周辺に商店はありません。
