"This is my fourth visit . It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. I found the food at the all inclusive restaurants. The staff were very helpful. The gardens looked beautiful . I found a sun bed at the beach each day with no problem. The WiFi worked well around the resort."

大晦日の夜、夜中は、ビーチがとても騒がしかったです。騒音レベルでした。 シングルベッドは高さが 高いので、子供や寝相が悪い人は危ないです。ベッドガードは尋ねてみましたが、ありませんでした。

"From arriving up to leaving, it was perfect! The rooms are comfortable and clean. Stuff is always doing the best service, from the reception over the cleaning staff to the restaurant! Even there was a animation for kids at the pool what our son really enjoyed. The Chef cooking delicious meals and sharing some special tip to make your food better! The waiters have done always a great job , Jonathan was always having some jokes to made us laugh. Cleaning staff always was respecting your privacy and when told them come back at time they was at the point! At the point a perfect stay what I can just recommend."

The pool was not open. I asked very day but the reception staff failed to tell me that the hotel had an arrangement where they would take you to a different hotel to use the pool at no charge . I was also told that I didn’t need to check out of my room until 12 noon but I then received I call saying I should have to check out by 12 am .

The location is beautifully quiet and serene, away from the hustle of the city. Surrounded by nature and heritage charm, it felt like a perfect peaceful escape. "A good hotel with a decent and tasty breakfast served in an interestingly located restaurant. The rooms are clean and spacious. It's pleasantly cool in summer even during the heat, although there's no air conditioning. A special highlight is the mountain river flowing nearby — you can hear its sound at night. The location is truly excellent, especially convenient because the free shuttle bus stop is right next to the hotel. In the pool, the water is very warm, but it was impossible to use it — all the spots around the pool were constantly occupied."

左営駅からの送迎があったらしく、事前に教えていただけるとよかったな、と思います。 バスの往復切符を購入していましたので。

"The hotel was exceptional from arriving to leaving. The little touches make it extra special like free mini bar, little gifts in your room every evening, water hampers on the beach. The beach is amazing, all rooms have perfect views. Staff are very attentive. Breakfast has the best choices, one of the best I have had. Michelin star restaurant is fabulous would definitely recommend."

"・チェックイン時間より早めに到着したが、柔軟に対応してくださったこと。 ・スタッフさんがフレンドリーで丁寧な対応をしてくださること。みんな笑顔で接してくれる！ ・子連れにおすすめできること。レストランでは子ども用チェアやキッズコーナーがあり、部屋では0歳のベビーにベビーベッドを用意してくれる。キッズルームも充実しており、2歳の子どももとても楽しんで過ごしていた！"

・アクセスがやや良くないこと。市内や空港に行くには少々手間がかかる。シャトルバスやタクシーを手配した方がアクセスは良いと感じた。

The location was a little to the edge of the city but that may be a good thing for some looking for peace & quiet. The decor is a bit dated

"Nice and spaceous property just a 5-10 min drive from Tahko Ski Resort. 3 of the rooms out of 4 had private bathrooms, which was very convinient. Also the sauna was very specious. Would come back again!"

"The view from our room, any room in fact, looked out over the crashing waves that rolled in from the Indian Ocean. Biggest room weve had in Bali.The staff were ready to look after our every whim. They brought meals in from outside restaurants. Instead of 2 tiny water bottles per day they provided a 20 litre water dispenser. The pool overlooked the black pebbly beach. The surrounding area was not overwhelmed by tourists and the locals were 1980's friendly."
