"ロケーションは、市内中心部まで簡単に歩ける距離で、便利でした。フロントの方々は、皆さん親切でした。食事はセルフサービスのコンチネンタルで、美味しかったです。"

シャワーの水が外に飛び散ってしまうので、もう少し飛び散らないデザインだと良かった。

"建物は新しくありませんが、清掃が行き届いていて快適です。ツインルームでしたが広さは十分で、バスタブもありました。ベッドの寝心地が良かったです。テレビは比較的新しいタイプのものだと思います。朝食は種類豊富でおいしかったです。スタッフの接客もよかったです。聖ポール天主堂跡、セナド広場、カテドラルなど世界遺産が徒歩圏内で立地抜群。最寄りのバスの本数が多く、24:00近くでも運行していました"

最寄りのバス停からは公園の階段を上り下りするか、少し迂回して坂道を上り下りしなければなりません。大きなスーツケースを携えていると、少し体力がいりますが許容範囲です

"バスターミナルからとても近くここを拠点にバスで旅するのに非常に便利な立地です。 コソボ内を旅行する際は基本的にバス移動になるので、街中に滞在するよりもバスターミナル近くがおすすめです。 この素晴らしいクオリティを考えたら宿泊費も安いと思います。 また併設のレストランもドリンク、サラダ、メインを頼んでも12～15ユーロくらいで非常にリーズナブルで、 味も量もすべてとてもよかったです。 またホテル前にはスーパーが2件ある為、とても便利です。"

"location. Usually the cafe in the hotel is lovely but that was closed. The pool is very relaxed (small but so personable and quite). The location and use of all the Weston beach is the best. Without the pretentiousness."

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

Breakfast could have been better..There was no smoked salmon which I love, and there was not a lot of different cheeses and cold meats for me..Otherwise very good

"ラウンジが快適。アルコールが飲める方は、かなりお得。 イスラムのお国がら、飲酒は困難。夜食事中の飲酒は、物凄く高額。 今回、ラウンジでお昼12：30から夜21：50までビ－ル・ワインは 飲めて、木曜日夜はカクテルもあり、かなりお得。 ラウンジ付き部屋は高額だが、飲酒・毎回の夕食代・サウナ利用・プ－ル・ビ－チ無料 何かとVIP対応を考慮すると、１泊料金は安価。 部屋の掃除のほか、ペットボトル・トイレットペーパーの追加・タオル交換が夜に入ります。 ペットボトル・枕元のチョコレート・バスルームアイテムで溢れるほど。 毎日晴れて、お昼は、41-42℃。 バルコニーに持参した洗濯紐をかけ、ハンガーや折り畳み洗濯干したら、カラカラに乾き、 水着もハンカチも、靴下も気持ちよく、快適。"

最寄駅地下鉄の駅から、徒歩２０分位かかります。 タクシーは、現金のみ。 ウ－バ－利用が便利。(英語必須）

"The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean and spacey. The bed is very comfortable and the internet is fast. The staff is very friendly and also gives tips for sightseeing tours. Breakfast is also available around noon. The quality-price relation is very good for this hotel. We would book this hotel immediately again."

There are no negative points.

"The hotel itself is modern, and the rooms are impressively large and kept spotless with daily cleaning. A huge shoutout to the staff—they were genuinely helpful and made the stay much better. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of fresh options to choose from."

There are a few areas that need immediate attention. First, the hot water in the shower never quite reached a comfortable temperature. Second, the Spa hours are misleading; it’s advertised until 8 PM but closed at 6 PM during my stay. Location : it’s in the old part of the city, which is charming by day, but the surrounding streets are quite dark at night.

"I really enjoyed my stay here - the hotel is like an oasis of calm in Bissau. Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

There was nothing I didn't like.

客室へ行くエレベーターが欲しいです！

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

チェックイン時の女性スタッフは親切で、次来たときもこのホテルにしたいと思ってましたが、チェックアウト時の男性スタッフがあまりにも無愛想で一気に印象悪くなりました。 勿体無い。

"A good option in Kolonia. There isn't too much else. Run by Chinese, and they have a restaurant that opens for lunch and dinner, they can do your laundry, and you can hire an SUV car through them too. The beds were comfy, and the TV could get YouTube. Bottled water provided. The air con worked well too. Walking distance from the airport, but they picked me up and stopped me off. Very kind."

The hotel looks a bit grim and unappealing from outside. Could do with a lick of paint, and cheering up.

中心部から少し離れている。 朝食があまり美味しくなかった。

せっかく費用を支払って、 オーシャンフロントにしているのに ガーデンビューの格安ランクのコテージ泊のアメリカ人家族が毎日毎日(3日間) 午前中は私のコテージ前のデッキチェアを占領していた。午後は私が静かに使えたが、チェックアウトの日は午前中に使いたかったため、直接伝えたが無視して居座っていた。 フロントに伝えたが、対応してもらえず、 結局、私は急ぐ予定はなかったので、 次のゲストが来るまでの時間、11:00〜14:00 オーシャンフロントバンガロー専用のデッキチェアーで過ごさせてもらうことにして、気持ちを収めました。 本当、このような図々しいことをしても 支払いをケチる行動や注意されても、謝らない 立ち退かない、傍若無人ぶりは、アメリカ人と中国人の中流階級以下の方々が犯すミスです。 ある程度はコチラが大人対応しますが、 気をつけてほしい。

水回りのクロムメッキから錆が出ている。バスタブ水廻り配置が良くない。バスタブはあるが、シャワーとして使い、お湯張りはしなかった。備え付け椅子の高さ調整機能が不十分。大通りに抜けるまでの区間に路上生活者が散見される。

"トラム終点駅前。市中心部よりも空港寄りで空港アクセス便利。ホテル前にスーパーあり。朝食の人を見ると一人利用者が大半との印象。"
