"The staff were amazing! They could not do enough. They were so helpful and made our stay one of the most memorable in 15 years of travel. If you are visiting Petra you need to stay here! The rooms are fantastic and the breakfast sets you up for a great day of hiking around Petra."

せっかく費用を支払って、 オーシャンフロントにしているのに ガーデンビューの格安ランクのコテージ泊のアメリカ人家族が毎日毎日(3日間) 午前中は私のコテージ前のデッキチェアを占領していた。午後は私が静かに使えたが、チェックアウトの日は午前中に使いたかったため、直接伝えたが無視して居座っていた。 フロントに伝えたが、対応してもらえず、 結局、私は急ぐ予定はなかったので、 次のゲストが来るまでの時間、11:00〜14:00 オーシャンフロントバンガロー専用のデッキチェアーで過ごさせてもらうことにして、気持ちを収めました。 本当、このような図々しいことをしても 支払いをケチる行動や注意されても、謝らない 立ち退かない、傍若無人ぶりは、アメリカ人と中国人の中流階級以下の方々が犯すミスです。 ある程度はコチラが大人対応しますが、 気をつけてほしい。

"少し早くホテルに着きましたが、早めにチェックインさせて貰えました。ウィーンから移動してきて荷物があったので部屋で準備が出来たのはありがたかったです。"

"スタッフの方々全てとても良かったです。近隣のおすすめの飲食店やそこへの経路、バス停やあ地下鉄の駅への経路、などとても親切に教えて下さいました。スリランカ出身の女性のスタッフも日本語がとても上手で笑顔が印象的でした。また、繁華街やコンサート会場など何処へ行くのにも歩いて10分圏内でした。"

部屋に入った途端、タバコの匂いはしませんでしたが、何だか汗臭いような匂いがしたのでそこだけマイナスでした。

"Das Zimmer war sauber und verfügt über eine Klimaanlage."

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

"It is clear that the hotel has recently undergone renovation. The rooms are beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. The entire hotel area is lovely, set within a lush tropical garden that creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool is on the smaller side, but it is absolutely sufficient and pleasant. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from."

The price of the hotel feels quite overpriced in my opinion; however, considering that this is the Seychelles, it is somewhat expected.

"Rooftop pool and spa was excellent..Room cleaned every day with fresh towels etc..Staff always were smiling..Beach 50 meters from hotel was amazing..Lots of restaurants to choose from and taxi rank bang opposite hotel..Fantastic 🙃"

Breakfast could have been better..There was no smoked salmon which I love, and there was not a lot of different cheeses and cold meats for me..Otherwise very good

"立地、部屋が広い レストランやスーパーなど近くにある ランドマーク的に高さのあるホテル なので 近所からすぐに見つけられる エグゼクティブとスイートと2種類の部屋に泊まりましたが、シャワーの湯量は少し 差がありました。 よくお湯が出る方の部屋は充分な量、少ない方の部屋でも OK なレベルの量と温度でした。"

設備は古いけど不潔とかそういう感じではないので問題ない

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

"A good option in Kolonia. There isn't too much else. Run by Chinese, and they have a restaurant that opens for lunch and dinner, they can do your laundry, and you can hire an SUV car through them too. The beds were comfy, and the TV could get YouTube. Bottled water provided. The air con worked well too. Walking distance from the airport, but they picked me up and stopped me off. Very kind."

The hotel looks a bit grim and unappealing from outside. Could do with a lick of paint, and cheering up.

"The staff are wonderful and very consistent of disability. The restaurant is excellent with a large menu and reasonable prices. The Indian food is especially good. The surroundings are stunning. There is a farmers market there one Saturday a month"

The hot water in the shower was very unpredictable. The room is not suitable for work as no dedicated table to work on a laptop

"ラウンジが快適。アルコールが飲める方は、かなりお得。 イスラムのお国がら、飲酒は困難。夜食事中の飲酒は、物凄く高額。 今回、ラウンジでお昼12：30から夜21：50までビ－ル・ワインは 飲めて、木曜日夜はカクテルもあり、かなりお得。 ラウンジ付き部屋は高額だが、飲酒・毎回の夕食代・サウナ利用・プ－ル・ビ－チ無料 何かとVIP対応を考慮すると、１泊料金は安価。 部屋の掃除のほか、ペットボトル・トイレットペーパーの追加・タオル交換が夜に入ります。 ペットボトル・枕元のチョコレート・バスルームアイテムで溢れるほど。 毎日晴れて、お昼は、41-42℃。 バルコニーに持参した洗濯紐をかけ、ハンガーや折り畳み洗濯干したら、カラカラに乾き、 水着もハンカチも、靴下も気持ちよく、快適。"

最寄駅地下鉄の駅から、徒歩２０分位かかります。 タクシーは、現金のみ。 ウ－バ－利用が便利。(英語必須）

"とても素敵なロッジでした。鳥を見る体験がすごい迫力でした。あんなに多くの鳥を見たことがないし、空に舞う無数の鳥に新しい経験を感じました。また、朝食も素晴らしいしスタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしくてまた来たいです。"

"・空港行きのエアコーチとダブリンバス及び各種のツアーバスが発着するオコンネルストリートの北端から徒歩３〜４分のところにあり（ただし結構な上り坂)、中心部のテンプルバーまでも歩いて10分ほどで行けるため、とても便利なロケーション。 ・フロントスタッフは皆親切だった。 ・朝食が７時からのコンチネンタルブッフェ（ソーセージなどの温かい料理はないが、ハム・ゆで卵・生野菜等はある）か７時半からのフルアイリッシュブレックファストの好きな方を選べるところ。 ・湯沸かし器とコーヒー（インスタント）・紅茶が付いているし、毎日ミネラルウォーターが提供される。"

・施設自体かなり古いため、廊下を歩く人の足音などがかなり響く。また、クローゼットが小さくて使いにくい（その代わり収納用の引出しはたくさんあった）。 ・四つ星なのに部屋に金庫が付いていない。 ・バスタブ付きの部屋はそれ程多くないようなので、バスタブ付きを希望の場合には、事前にリクエストしたうえでチェックイン時にしっかり確認する必要がある。

"海の横に隣接してるホテルで、徒歩でビーチまであるけてゆっくりとした時間をすごせます。 部屋も申し分ないくらい大きいので、2人で来ても余るくらい大きいです。 空港からは少し遠いかもしれませんが、シティー、スーク、グランドモスク、タワーの方に行くには近いのでロケーションも問題なし"

寝室のカーテンの横の長さが足りないので、部屋が明るくて朝早く目覚めてしまう。 それと横が工事してたので少しうるさかったです。

"I really enjoyed my stay here - the hotel is like an oasis of calm in Bissau. Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

There was nothing I didn't like.

No hot shower, which was inconvenient. Noisy installations that affected comfort (water pump, no well isolated for insects) The check-in process was a bit complicated, but since it's a family-run business, we were understanding.
