"Friendly staff, great location"

The beds were comfortable however quite low and, as an oldie, not the easiest to get out of.

The apartment was very well equipped but really quite small for 4 people

"オーナーさんはこまめに連絡や気遣いをしてくれたので安心できた。ロケーションは近くにモールやバスターミナルがあり、食事、郊外・旧市街・長距離移動に便利で、コンドミニアムの入口にも警備員さんがいるのでセキュリティもちゃんとしている。ご家族と一緒の入口となるが、バス・トイレと部屋はほぼ専用で使える。エルサルバドルの住宅環境を知れるのも良い経験かも。"

コンドミニアムに入るゲートの警備員さんはスペイン語しか話せない。しかしオーナーさんがスペイン語のメッセージを事前に送ってくれたので問題なく入ることができた。

"Very good value apartment sooo close to the gondola. Very comfortable for the two of us. We were able to extend our stay by an extra night to take advantage of great skiing conditions rather than leaving the room and packing up our stuff. Dominic was super helpful and efficient in organising this for us. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. Televisions in both lounge and bedroom and large ones too. Parking though it costs each day is a bonus - parking underground when cars were getting buried in the snow outside was fab! Looking at the prices of other places whilst Encamp is not the most buzzing place this aparthotel is definitely value for money."

Our room had a very small kitchenette as the stairs took away part of the apartment so would choose a different apartment next time. Not a criticism but an addition to what would be helpful to guests include: hooks on doors as the only hooks were in the bathroom and we really needed to hang up our wet ski gear! Also some notes advising guests of facilities eg how the rubbish system works with the different coloured bags and bins and if staying for a few days the rubbish containers in the apartment are too small, maybe a little more cutlery would be nice. Aparthotel can't do anything about it but please manager be aware that the police are starting to man the traffic very early and like blowing their whistles all the time from about 7.30!

"The appartment is very clean and well organised. The WiFi quality was also good and you have a beautiful view on the sea. They even give you access to a netflix account so you can relax in front of the TV."

The fact that I had to spend only one day there😀. The appartment was already booked for the next day so I could not extend my stay.

Location was far from the main tourist centers in Nungwi and stone town. Suggest getting a car if you are there - lucky we had one. Otherwise great stay!

"I loved to be here! It was so peaceful and a beautiful place with a pool with an amazing view to the sea! The pool was very clean and a very nice garden even with grill, if you would like. Inside it was very confortable with the best bed! Air condition, pentry with fridge to do food (very good because its VERY expensive in Bermuda). All the Windows have mosquitos net. Very good price to be in Bermuda. I have been traveling all over the world and Sabrina is the best host i ever had. So if you have possibility just stay in Bermuda Connection Guest House and enjoy the real feeling of the Island!"

"Borel is exception in my opinion, i have visited the property two times and enjoyed my stay each time. The location is perfect if you are looking for a place to rest, privacy, good security and comfort. Bonamousadi market is not far from the residence, very easy to get into the city if you want to."

From my experience, alot has improved. The internet speed is far better, reaction time for is very good, and the staffs are true human in their interaction with me. I think they have mastered the act of hospitality. I will visit again in my next trip.

"Our whole family loved this place. The garden setting is beautiful and very well maintained, and the kids absolutely loved the pool — it was a real highlight for them. The location is superb: close to the beach and right by the marine reserve, which made for some of the best snorkelling we experienced. A fantastic spot for a relaxed family stay."

"We loved the view from our eco friendly and very well appointed self contained place - we could see the sea and were surrounded by trees, flowering plants and birds. We liked being a short walk downhill to the village of Castara with grocery shops, places to eat local food and entertainment. Bars on the beach were very friendly. We loved getting a boat to nearby coves and snorkelling. Paradise for us!"

The fairly stiff walk back from the village is fine as long as you don't rush. The Castara Retreats Restaurant serves lovely fresh fish caught locally but wine as you might expect is eye wateringly expensive. Try Stag beer instead and even that is twice as expensive as in the village.

事前に「喫煙ルーム」「禁煙ルーム」のリクエストが出来ました。そのため、てっきり両方の部屋タイプがあるのかと思っていました。宿泊日の数日前にも、上記のリクエストを問うメールがありました。私は「喫煙ルーム」を希望しましたが、現地に行ってみたところ、全室禁煙とのこと。喫煙のために、わざわざ1階に下りて、屋外の喫煙スペースに行く必要があったのはかなり不便でした。全室禁煙ならば、「喫煙ルーム」「禁煙ルーム」のリクエストを問い、ゲストに期待させるのはナンセンスだと思いました。なお、客室の外は吹き抜けとなっており、外と繋がっています。そのため、蚊が多い印象がありました。蚊対策のグッズは用意しておいた方が良いでしょう。

The guy at reception messed up my check-out. He couldn't find my booking, said I must have done it privately, and even asked me what my room rate was! Then I told him it was on booking.com again and he said fine, you can go, (presumably cos my credit card guaranteed payment?) Then as I was about to go to the airport he called me back and said you still need to pay. But this is a fabulous place. That was just a minor frustration.

"Gorgeous view of Treichville. Thoughtful renovations, like a luxury hotel. The kitchenette was adequate and I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water. Hot showers and air conditioning. Great location in the centre of Plateau but note that the neighbourhood is deserted after sunset and on weekends. Still, I felt safe because of the security guards around important buildings."

Only one functioning elevator. Location and elevator can be difficult to find. Check-in instructions could be more descriptive. There are no signs for the apartment suites on the ground floor. The elevator is on the right passage as you walk inside the building. The reception is on the 14th floor.

"The hosts met us upon arrival and explained the house to us. They were very friendly and couldn't have been more accommodating, going that extra mile to make what was an already fabulous trip even more memorable. Having a private garden added to the experience. We really enjoyed our stay here."
