良い点：
"Yhe room is of course small, but it is expected because it is historical. The room, bed shhets, towals are perfectly clean, Bed is very comfrotable, The only comment is that Internet was not fast, it was difficult to watch TV programs.In general, THANK YO VERY MUCH!!"

"バスタオルと石鹸以外のアメニティがなにもない。ゴミ箱すらない。掛け布団もなく薄いシーツのみ。しかもシミ付き。夜は寒いのでもうひとつのベッドからシーツをはがしてアウターとバスタオルをかけて寝た。 そしてシャワーはいつまで待ってもお湯が出ず、結局諦めた。 隣や前の部屋の音がとにかく響く。ドアを開け閉めする反響音がガンガン聞こえてうるさかった。"

"観光にはロケーションは抜群です。市内中心部の見どころのほぼ真ん中に位置していました。 メリダで一番古い1901年に建てられたホテルとのことで内装はコロニアル風のとても素敵な建物でした。床も大理石、2階3階の廊下の家具の設えも雰囲気があり、映画の撮影にでも使えそうな感じがしました。スタッフは皆さんとても感じよく親切でした。チェックインの際騒音の気になる人には道路に面していない窓のないお部屋も選べることを勧めてくれたりしました。また、メキシコは部屋に冷蔵庫のないホテルが多いようなのでこちらのお部屋に冷蔵庫がついているのは嬉しかったです。設えは古いですが、部屋にはエアコンやファンもついていて高い天井のせいか風通しも良い気がしました。"
悪い点：
"ロケーションが良い反面、ホテルの横の広場には毎夜土産物の屋台が出たり、すぐ近くのレストランでは毎夜大きな音で音楽を流すの夜ホテルの部屋で静かに過ごしたい方には向きません。また建物自体が古いため床のタイルのかけや汚れが掃除は毎日してくれますが気になります。古い調度品も同様です。室内の洗面所も高さが高すぎて背の低くない私でも周りに水をこぼさずに朝顔を洗うのは難しいくらいでした。シャワーのお湯はいつもぬるま湯程度の暖かさなのでどんなに暑い日でもシャワーはしっかり温かいお湯で浴びたかった私には少し辛いところがありました。エレベーターもありません。ただ、チェックインの時はフロントスタッフが荷物を上まで運んでくださいます。夜の12時から朝6時までは建物の玄関が完全に閉まってしまうので深夜の到着や6時前の出発を予定するのは不可能のようです。私はあいにく次の旅行先への出発が早く6時前にホテルを出なくてはならなかった為、その前日には別のホテルに宿泊先を変更しました。"
