部屋の水が止まってしまったり少しトラブルはあったが、仕方のない範囲かなと思われました。 少し中心から離れているため、バスやタクシーで移動する必要があります。

The rooms though very clean were in need of an update. Wi Fi not available all rooms.

"Very friendly and helpful hosts, as well as all the staff members. Big and nice bedroom with a little balcony. This one doesn't offer the best view, but the terrace even more - an absolutely stunning view. The breakfast is good as well as the dinner. You can walk upon a little rock and enjoy sunrise or sundown with a cool drink and a breathtaking view. The lodge is a nice option for the beginning or the end of a Namibia trip because it's located not far away from the airport and only little more than one hour drive from the city of Windhoek."

Absolutely nothing

"Het meest beviel ons de rust en hygiëne. We aten ontbijt en diner in het hotel. Vantevoren konden we aangeven hoe laat we het wilden hebben en wat we wilden eten. De kok luisterde goed naar onze wensen. Verder is het personeel zeer behulpzaam en helpt wanneer nodig."

Eigenlijk viel niets echt tegen. Omdat het een nieuwe lokatie is, merk je dat de medewerkers nog wat onwennig zijn en moet je pro-actief zijn. Zo hadden we handdoeken en een kopje voor 1 persoon op de kamer terwijl we met zijn tweeën waren. Als je erom vraagt zorgen ze snel dat het wordt opgelost. Als je TV wil kijken, houd er rekening mee dat je alleen YouTube video's kunt bekijken 😀 De lokatie is gelegen op een zeer stil punt in Zomba en heeft geen buitenterras, dat zou nog wel fijn zijn. En, zoals je wel vaker tegenkomt in Malawi, het weggetje ernaartoe is een zandpad met stenen en kuilen, dus houd daar rekening mee.

"The chinese food restaurant was fantastic. The rooms were clean and great for the price. Even though the restaurant was closed in the morning, the owner brought us each a coffee when we went searching for one. Would stay again."

シャワーの水が外に飛び散ってしまうので、もう少し飛び散らないデザインだと良かった。

"昔の様式で増築されたこだわりのあるビラで、素朴でありながらも壁と絵、ベッドや天井の木の梁など、気持ちの落ち着く雰囲気があります。幹線道路からは大分離れて奥まったところにある村なので、夜はとても静かです。二人まで乗れる家庭用のエレベーターがありますが、宿泊費はかなり安いです。家族で経営されているようで、働き者の女将さん、そしてかわいい子供さんとお利口な犬と猫にも会えます。"

Rooms are small but great if you only need a place to sleep. We use this hotel al lot for ease.

Given that there are no other places close to the hotel where you can buy food , the hotel restaurant should have more choices of food.

"空港から公共のバスで一本の便利な立地。街の本当の中心地からはちょっと距離があるが、ホテルの周辺もお店やレストランは多く、不便は一切無い。歩いてすぐのところに美しいビーチもある。 チェックアウトの時間が12時なのもうれしい。"

悪い点はとくにないが、ベッドサイドにコンセントがあるにはあるが、微妙に遠いのが気になる。 また、朝食が予約に含まれていても朝食会場では値段が印字されたメニューが手渡されるので戸惑う。

I cannot praise this hotel enough, and most importantly, I cannot thank the hotel manager, Mr. Nurlan, enough for what he did for us. Mr. Nurlan was incredibly supportive and helpful in every possible way — not only inside the hotel, but even outside the hotel, assisting us with arrangements, guidance, and personal support that went far beyond his duties. His dedication, generosity, and genuine care are truly rare to find. Thanks to him, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and unforgettable. He turned our visit to Gabala into a perfect experience and set a new standard for what true hospitality means. This hotel is outstanding, but Mr. Nurlan is its greatest asset. The beds are not comfortable. They are worn out and need to be changed. There is no kettle, no fridge in the room. WIFI is not stable.
