"Perfect location and very clean"

"Good communication, clear instructions for key collection, etc. Cleaned well. Very good location near city centre. Spacious room, excellent internet connection. Comfortable bed, good heating control (radiator valves), good facilities (kettle, microwave, crockery, cutlery etc.), adequate wardrobe/shelf space for clothes etc."

"Shower head didn't fit properly and was always falling off it's bracket, furniture was a bit cheap and flimsy (but adequate), no sofa or other "soft" seating, no curtain over one of the windows (just the blackout blind, which didn't keep all the light out), window and door frames needed re-painting."

"We had a very good stay at this apartment in the heart of Akureyri. The location is perfect—right in the city center, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and the harbor. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Akureyri!"

"The accommodation is well-equipped, clean, and surprisingly spacious. It has the best location in town, and the host is very responsive."

"The kitchen would benefit from having a smaller pot or pan. That's all it needs."

"Great place, I loved it. It had everything I needed, nice view of the church and very central."

"Very cosy flat, good facilities"

"A few extra pans and pots might be useful."

"Frábær staðsetning, alltaf stæði fyrir utan eða nálægt. Mjög gott rúm og allt tandurhreint."

"Það hefði verið gott að hafa sjónvarp. Miðað við verðið sem ég greiddi ætti að vera hægt að fjárfesta í litlu ódýru sjónvarpi ;) Þvottavélin er ónýt af myglu. Það verður að passa að loka henni ekki. Vantar pönnu."

"Nettes Apartment in zentraler Lage."

"Im Sommer wäre es gut, wenn das Küchenfenster zum Rollo auch noch Vorhänge hätte, wie die anderen Fenster, da es im gleichen Raum wie das Bett ist."

"Das Appartment war wunderschön eingerichtet und bis auf eine Spülmaschine war wirklich alles vorhanden. Die Fußgängerzone und Restaurants sind direkt vor der Tür."

"Da wir übers Wochenende da waren war der Parkplatz kostenlos, ansonsten könnte das ein Problem sein."
