"アークレイリの丘の上の別荘地にあるモーテル風のホテルです。共用のキッチンラウンジスペースがあって冷蔵庫や電子レンジなどがあります。部屋はシンプルですが値段が安い割にキレイで新しいです。無人チェックインで建物の番号と部屋番号と暗証番号がメッセージで送られてきて自分でチェックインします。"

"外から部屋番号がわからないのでどこに車を止めていいのかわからなくてちょっと迷った。あと乾燥室に洗濯乾燥機があって、別途費用で使用可と書かれていたけど誰もいなくてよくわからなかった。優良でいいのでカード払いできるコインランドリーがあればさらにいいかも。"

"Just love the rooms. Warm and cozy This was the second time we stayed here.but we had to leave after just one night because of bad weather so we had to go on Saturday so we wouldn’t be stuck here because of our kids. It would have been nice if you had offered to pay us back one night. We paid for two nights and only stayed one night."

"We were on a skiing brake and the location was perfect as the hotel is situated between the town and the slopes. The access for ski storage was good, rooms are spacious, and the view over the fjord beautiful."

"There was no on site reception or service, and all communication was handled through a call center, which was not always fully aware of information that would have been easy to answer on site. No breakfast is served during the winter, and the call center was not aware that there is easy access to the breakfast area, where it is possible to sit down and eat your own food. In the end, everything was resolved to our satisfaction, and there was nothing to be unhappy about."
