"Great location. We enjoyed looking out over the valley of the temples and being so close to the lovely old centre. Nice big apartment, and knowledgeable host"

"Narrow streets and tight and quite difficult to find parking but we did it in the end. It would have been great to have option to make coffee if you are wake up early in the morning."

"Amazing place. Spacious room with spacious bathroom and terrific, terrific view. And for 10 eur we even got That upgraded :) Sea and Valley of Temples view became direct and not side, even bigger bathroom, and a piano. But, both rooms are really great. You look at the windows and fall in love with the place. Some other practicalities below. We got breakfast in the room, felt very local, lots of things freshly made from the bakery, fruit, yogurt, juices, the owner helped with the dietary asks as well, it was super nice of him, thank you!! The owner also allowed us to leave bags earlier than checkin time, and we are very greatful for that as well. The place is before ZTL, and there are parking possibilities around. Free and underground garage 8 eur per day. The apartment building itself is oldish (just like almost all other buildings in Sicily), but inside is nice and clean, starting from the entry into the building."

"The location was perfect, in the historical town with a breathtaking view to the Valley of Temples and to the sea. There were parking places in front of the house. We decided to take public transport to the town and the appartment was in a walkable distance from bus station/ train station. Our room was clean, functional, comfortable, exactly like in the pictures. The breakfast was a typical sweet delicious Sicilian breakfast, more than enough. Alf was a great host, friendly, helpful and flexible. We could leave our luggage at the place even after checking out. (We couldn't find a luggage store in the town and our bus left in the afternoon.)"

"The location, Parking was available close bye. Parking was hard to find but when found was close. Host was good. Breakfast was fine. Sicilian pasties. I stated that I wasn’t really a sweet pasty lover. Host then supplied savoury pasties for me. The host was very attentive and offered to clean the room everyday we were there."

"The pictures on Booking.com did not reflect the true nature of the property. I thought the property was antique but our room was modern. Did not know that our room would be on the 11th floor of a modern apartment block. Food shown on the website gave the impression of a different type of breakfast. Our room the toilet was hard to flush, often didn’t work, the plug in the basin didn’t work, the air conditioner was extremely noisey."
