"部屋がなんとなく臭い。部屋を移動するたびに臭いが気になる。下水？ 返信が遅い。おそらくbooking.comだと翻訳ができないのか、イタリア語じゃないとなかなか返事が返ってこなかった。日程変更をしたかったのに、何回リマインドしても返事がなかったため予定を確定させるのに時間がかかってしまった。 お風呂は綺麗だが湯船が大きいため、お湯を張るのには時間がかかる。 部屋の埃がやや気になる。 エレベーターは壊れているのか、使えない。3階まで荷物を持って上がるのは大変であった。 入り口の門から出る方法がわかりづらい。アパートの他の住人に教えてもらい、ようやく出ることができた。 ベッドの位置が高いため、子供には不向き。 駅から近いため交通の便はいいが、駅周りの治安があまり良くなく、夜は薄暗く怖い。"

"Security- the door key is a 'blank' key, not very security and no other lock on the door. The valuables safe was not fixed to anything and didn't work (no battery). Location was close to the central station, but had to walk past groups of dodgy looking youths. I'd probably stay at one of the other hotels in the area if I visited again."

"Salvatore was the kindest most generous host . He couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable . If you want a real taste of Italy instead of a tourist experience stay here. Salvatore makes his own wine which is excellent and own food too . The cuisine was a fabulous authentic experience ."
