"空港から近い。部屋が十分な広さで、シャワーが２つ、トイレが２つあり便利だった。クーラーの効きがよかった。深夜２時（午前２時）到着だったが、フロントが２４時間オープンなので、チェックインしてすぐに休むことができた。"

空港からホテルまでの最短経路が工事中だったため、大きなスーツケースを持って空港からホテルに行くには、タクシーを使わないといけなかった。

"スタッフの方がとても親切で、現地でのお得な情報(お土産や美味しい飲食店)もたくさん教えてくださった。現地でのぶっちゃけた話も聞けて楽しかったです。 直前にツアーの手配を依頼したにもかかわらず、迅速に対応してくださって大変助かった。 日本人スタッフの方も居て、英語に自信がない方でも泊まりやすいと感じた(常駐してる訳ではないですが、英語のみ対応可能なスタッフでも、翻訳で意思疎通ができるので特に困ることはない)。 中心部に行きやすい立地で、飲食店も周りにあるので食事にも困らない。"

The internet can be a bit sketchy. But that is no fault of the hotel

Shower/toiilet room was quite chilli. The floor was very cold. Water in shower had an unpleasent smell.

"Good location. Not far fro shops, cheap local dinig and duty-frees. Near the road so a bit loud sometimes but it's ok. Great comfortable beds. Quite large rooms as for Langkawi"

Staff. The staff should ask before entering the guest's room. A lot of miscommunication: you have to chat via Whatsapp with a person listed on booking and with a generic manager and with another manager. Too complicated.
