"The family room was very noisy as right next to the loading dock and smoking area, so the room was always smelling of smoke. It did not have air conditioning and was not of grade to what I was expecting. There were stains on the floor and when comparing the room to the other single we booked the family room was in serious need of upgrade. Parking was also problematic as the hotel had limited spaces and on the street was limited too."
