"The room was not very clean – there were spiders in the ceiling corners. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, so we had many mosquitoes in the room in the evening. We didn’t receive a remote for the air conditioning, and there is no staff available at night. The hotel is also very noisy due to traffic, even at night."
"Our stay exceeded our expectations for a three-star hotel. We were genuinely impressed by the exceptional professionalism and kindness demonstrated by the staff. During our brief visit to Poland, our children fell ill, the hosts' understanding and supportive demeanor greatly enhanced our experience. They went above and beyond, attending to even the smallest details, such as assisting us by carrying our ordered dishes from the hotel restaurant to our room, which allowed us the comfort of dining in privacy. We will certainly return and will recommend this hotel to our friends and business partners."
