"Nothing"

"Paulina and Marta were very helpful at the reception. My room was very clean and spacious with anything a person could need. The water dispenser in the hallway instead of plastic bottles left an amazing impression on me. The food was excellent and the cleaning stuff never failed to deliver. Overall my expectations were met in every way. I wish i had more time to try the spa."

"The walls were thin indeed as I expected after reading some reviews but as long as you don't have loud neighbors it is worth a try."

"Very good breakfast buffet. A spacious, comfortable room. Hotel located in the vicinity of the old town center."

"Enabling the electricity in the room by putting the entrance card in a slot also activated a constant noise of the fuse board. Annoying, especially at night. Before going to sleep, I had to take the card out from the slot and disable the electricity to stop the noise."

"Very good location, friendly and helpful staff, I recommend it to everyone."

"Excellent location, spacious room."

"Not clran enough. A urine stain on the bottom side of toilet seat, 1 hair on top of the toilet seat. Heating doesn't work properly. The room doesn't get warm enough even with radiators fully open. The air conditioning doesn't work for extra heating."

"Everything"
