"Excellent stay cation Thank you all staff were so nice with Excellent approach to customers 😀 👍 Thank you, Abdallah, in front office and Chef Mohamed and Maitre d hotel Ibrahim and valet Maher .sorry if I missed some names, but overall, it was a relaxing vacation for 2 nights . Great food and excellent facilities and sites. Loved the sun rise on the beach, awesome place."

"The room A/C was a bit loud, but due to weather temperature being moderate, I switched it off"

良い点：

"このあたりの宿では唯一？アルコールの提供があるとのことです。プールにはサイズの違う4つのウォータースライダーがあり、子どもたちは楽しんでいました。ビーチもホテルの専用車両（可愛らしい遊園地の列車のようなもの）に乗ったり、徒歩でも１０分ほどでいけますので、不便はなかったです。"

悪い点：

"レストランは質や種類にやや難あり。ビーチに近い同系列ホテルのシーフードレストランが良かったです。"

"We booked the villa and it was a fantastic choice! The hotel was clean and staff attentive, Ramadhan was very helpful with any queries we had. The space in the villa and private pool matches the pictures, sadly the weather was cold and the private pool unheated so we couldn't enjoy it. The facilities including the beach and massages we had were really good. The main pool was also heated for use."

悪い点：

"The choice of food selection was poor and bland however they apologised and gave us free pizzas on our departure when we complained. There's also no entertainment in the evenings and it's a remote hotel so be well prepared before visiting."

"Location is very good. Prices are reasonable. Staff are very friendly."

"desserts / sweets are very sugary, must be improved. The beach is not clean 100% , should be cleaned regularly. Green areas to be increased and improved specially around the buildings."
