La cama se movía se movía mucho y se corría del lugar muy incómodo de verdad El tv nunca funcionó Llamamos a recepción y nunca contestaron Mucha gente en recepción ala hora de la entrada

The location was a little to the edge of the city but that may be a good thing for some looking for peace & quiet. The decor is a bit dated

"The stay at Scrub Island was amazing. The hotel is super comfortable, the bed was great, and the rooms are big and clean. The employees were super helpful.l, especially the manager, Raj, willing to walk the extra mile to help us."

We would have preferred for our rooms to be closer together however we appreciate that the hotel was able to accommodate our additional request to have the rooms on the first floor in order to accommodate my elderly mom.

"・チェックイン時間より早めに到着したが、柔軟に対応してくださったこと。 ・スタッフさんがフレンドリーで丁寧な対応をしてくださること。みんな笑顔で接してくれる！ ・子連れにおすすめできること。レストランでは子ども用チェアやキッズコーナーがあり、部屋では0歳のベビーにベビーベッドを用意してくれる。キッズルームも充実しており、2歳の子どももとても楽しんで過ごしていた！"

・アクセスがやや良くないこと。市内や空港に行くには少々手間がかかる。シャトルバスやタクシーを手配した方がアクセスは良いと感じた。

"Nice and modern hotel in country club style. Very professional and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Great option when travelling with car - plenty of parking space."

Breakfast selection was mediocre. Some small spa or sauna area would create extra value.

"ありに困らされることもなく、快適にすごせました。近くに美味しいレストランもあります。立地も問題なく、セントーサ島を十分遊び尽くしました。またシンガポールに行く機会があれば利用したいです。"

大晦日の夜、夜中は、ビーチがとても騒がしかったです。騒音レベルでした。 シングルベッドは高さが 高いので、子供や寝相が悪い人は危ないです。ベッドガードは尋ねてみましたが、ありませんでした。

The food in the restaurant was very poor - surprisingly for a country like Kyrgyzstan where generally the food is excellent

"朝食は満足出来ました。日替りですが味噌スープも有り。アイスコーヒーのテイクアウトも問題無し、ホテル周辺にカフェが無い？ので助かりました。フィリピン人スタッフさん達は親切でフレンドリーな方が多かったと思います。ホテル内のビーチは小さいながら水も砂浜も綺麗、目の前をボートが行き来する雰囲気も素敵でした。市街地からは離れていますが、そこそこのレストランが周辺に3軒程あり、ミニマートが目の前に有り、周りに何も無いようでも不自由さは感じませんでした。 親切、安全重視の日系ダイビングショップのBlueMarineさんがホテル内にあるのでダイビング目的の方にも便利だと思います。私も大変お世話になり大満足のダイビング経験が出来ました。"

ハーバービューのお部屋にしましたが、隣の部屋と1つのドア(開かずの)で繋がっている作りで、隣の人の物音が酷いとかなり音が気になりました。隣の部屋のドアの開け閉めの音で夜中起きる事もしばしば。防音の事はあまり考えられていないように思いましたが、日本スタンダード基準での率直な感想です。

We were waiting an hour and a half to get our room. Check-in is from 16h, but our room wasn't ready until 17h30...

"From arriving up to leaving, it was perfect! The rooms are comfortable and clean. Stuff is always doing the best service, from the reception over the cleaning staff to the restaurant! Even there was a animation for kids at the pool what our son really enjoyed. The Chef cooking delicious meals and sharing some special tip to make your food better! The waiters have done always a great job , Jonathan was always having some jokes to made us laugh. Cleaning staff always was respecting your privacy and when told them come back at time they was at the point! At the point a perfect stay what I can just recommend."

"I loved everything about the property. However, what I loved most about the property were the rooms, we stayed at the beach villa and the direct access to the beach was magical and the room was so neat, everything looked new and kept clean."

It was not easy to get service on the tables near the beach. The sun beds did not have cushions so were uncomfortable to lay on.

夕食時にドリンクメニューを頼んだが、約10分対応がなく、3人目のスタッフが漸く対応してくれ、メニューリストはないので口頭から選ぶよう言われた。

The hotel is a bit outdated and a lot of banging due refurbishment going on in other rooms.

"The view from our room, any room in fact, looked out over the crashing waves that rolled in from the Indian Ocean. Biggest room weve had in Bali.The staff were ready to look after our every whim. They brought meals in from outside restaurants. Instead of 2 tiny water bottles per day they provided a 20 litre water dispenser. The pool overlooked the black pebbly beach. The surrounding area was not overwhelmed by tourists and the locals were 1980's friendly."

We didn't like leaving.

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

En el gimnasio no funcionaban las maquinas. La habitación está bien es limpia y cómoda pero se podría actualizar un poco la decoración. Por ser un resort en el precio podría estar incluido el desayuno

チェックイン時の対応が雑で、結局チェックイン可能時間の15:00に部屋が確保できずにチェックインできなかった。

"確か、上層階でダブルベッドだかで予約したのですが、エグゼクティブフロアの部屋にアップグレードしてくれました。とても快適でした。スタッフも親切でした。"

特にありませんでした。

"The location is right in the heart of Georgetown, within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The accommodation is beautifully designed,easily the best I’ve seen in Penang. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure we were well taken care of."

If I were to nitpick, the dinner menu could be a bit more interesting. Other than that, everything was great.
