"Stunning views close to the beach. I loved the house it was equipped with a modern kitchen and AC in the living room. The owners were so kind and provided a thorough explanation of the grounds."

The only issue we encountered is no hot water early in the morning. I guess the solar system is not storing the hot water . The master bathroom should have a shower curtain if someone wants to shower instead of soaking in the bathtub

"The great location by the beach and the lovely house with great housekeeping and landscaping staff."

The check in process and receiving the keys could be improved. That process was not clear and we had to wait before a closed door.

廊下にいる人の声や床の音はかなり聞こえた。 トイレの水がなかなか流せない。スタッフはいない。

"This villa is large and comfortable. There’s a perfect kitchen with a variety of utensils for cooking. Unfortunately, our time was limited, but we appreciated the amenities and the location close to the ocean."

"清潔で備品も完璧に揃っていました 住宅地ではあるが静かでとても過ごしやすい環境でした 備え付けのシャンプーも（ラックスではないほう）がとても良かった 部屋もたくさんあり友人同士でもプライバシーが保てる点も良かった Wi-Fiトラブルで連絡した折はLINEを繋いで迅速に対応いただけ助かりました"

ワーケーションで利用しましたので仕事をするためのデスク、タオル類をかけておく物干しかあると便利、掃除機もあると良かった Wi-Fiが繋がらなくなる時間帯が1日の間で必ずあった（昼過ぎが多かった）点が少し残念でした

"Getting to the island was a mission, the ferries go when the ferries go! Nice welcome on arrival and excellent diving. Clean and comfortable room. Lovely to be away from the internet."

Minor things, although the food tasted nice it could have been warmer and in our room it needed the gaps filling around the windows and doors to stop the mozzies.

Hot water ran out when we all showered at night.

"The location is great. We have very good privacy and there is a nice view to the lake. The reception lady was great and they answered to our requests very fast."

Weak wifi, not enough napkins, toilet paper. No soup liquid in the toilets. Other than that we were really satisfied.

The location is a bit out of the way. Only one shop was nearby. So if you rent, it’s better to have your own means of transportation.

"The place was clean and well kept. David our host was very attentive and helpful for anything we needed. He picked us up at the airport and showed us around Roatan. It was close to West End but not loud like staying on the strip."

気候的・場所的に仕方のない事なんですが、蟻が一杯庭から入ってきます。蟻と共存です。誰のせいでもありません。 下の階はお湯が出ないのと、クーラーがないので（ファンのみ）日中はとても暑いので注意です。 コンセントのアダプターがないので持って行ってください。ドライヤー等はありません。

"Nice apartment. Clean and the neighbourhood seemed safe. All the amenities worked. The host and staff were readily available. The only issue has nothing to do with the property, the internet says there is a place nearby to get food. The internet is wrong, that place is closed, it.woul be wise to take groceries or food."

"L'endroit est très propre et décoré avec goût, on se croirait chez soit ! Cette maison est un paradis que ce soit pour les adultes et pour les enfants. Il y a un coin jeux extérieur pour eux, et des jouets ainsi que des équipements loisir (draisienne, ballon rebondissant, etc...) à l'intérieur. Les services proposés sont également de qualité et très intéressants !"

I had have to pay for electricity, second bedroom was closed because we pay for couple. No key's to main gate, need's to ask landlord to open gate every time.
