"ホテルの食事メニューに中華が少しあるとアジア系の人は喜ぶと思う。スープやパスタの味は良いのだが、量が多すぎる。最低2人～3人での出張ならシェアできるが、一人では量が多すぎる。量を減らして1名でもいろんな料理を楽しめる方が良いと思う。1名での出張者は多いと思われるので。ホテルの周りに外食できるレストランが無い。ホテルで食べると量が多すぎる。"

"Staff at all levels were very friendly and helpful. In particular the managing staff were excellent. They accommodated all our unusual queries and requests with great efficiency and a smile. The room was sparsely but functionally furnished. Beds were hard but good. Location was good for walking access to shops and eateries. The restaurant had an extensive menu with outside seating option which we loved. Great value for money."
"The mosquito nets were poor with the structures barely functional. The hand basin tap and shower door eaked so that the floor was always wet (frustrating!). There's inadequate surfaces in the room for luggage. The hotel is located directly across the road from music venues and bars, meaning that it is very noisy at night till late."

"We had such a lovely time at Nena House with Francoise as a welcoming hostess for our travel group of 4 adults and 6 kids (9-16). Being in touch with Francoise while planning the trip was very pleasant and professional. It was very nice she checked out dinner plans on the day we arrived before hand. The traditional houses are a delight, clean and with mosquito nets. The facilities are basic, and fine. The neighbor bar is nice for some festive vibes and a drink. The food is delicious. Eating breakfast in the garden with the beautiful view on the Rwandan hills is like paradise. Francoise is very kind in informing about local walks and in our case we where lucky enough to be there while there was a yearly harvest festival. She offered to go with us. We will never forget the experience of seeing the ceremony and traditional dancing and meeting some people in the village. If you plan a visit or are traveling through Ruhashia (near Kings Palace) we can highly recommend Nenas house!"

"Monica and Nobert are amazing hosts. They are always there to help you. They know a lot about the area and the country so their advices are always welcomed. They are really nice to talk to and share a meal with. They have 2 nice kids. Like Monica told me, « they are a home, not an hotel » and it’s way better that way! :) The room was clean and confortable. The included breakfast was really delicious and huge and it changed every day. They offer to cook for you if you want to eat dinner with them which is really great. They offer a twin lakes tour which was amazing with a lot of informations."
