"オーナー夫婦のおばあちゃん72歳が元気でいつも声をかけてくれます。夫さんは英語がそんなにできません。ドミトリールームは清潔で、バスタオルもくれました。玄関で靴を脱いでスリッパで過ごします。"

"Amazing hosts!!! They were the kindest people:) there was a shop downstairs which was fab and very reasonable. Really lovely communal area looking over the mountains. Nice quiet neighbourhood"

"We arrived Chiang Mai at 6am in the morning, planned to store luggages at Urban Bed and come back later in the afternoon for check-in. To our pleasant surprise, the room was ready and we were allowed to check in at 7am, at no extra fee or charges. We stayed in the private room and can only speak for this room. The room is spacious and comfortable, fulfilling all our needs. Located in quiet alley of the old town, easy to get food and bike rental shops are close by, very convenient location. I had a great stay!"

"missing a bit of extra light in the toilets the rooms and the door has no lock so technically enyone could enter making the whole property not the safest. however, nothing happened"

"I just loved the couple, although I think she should use her phone with google translate. She really took care of me and made me feel loved, such a sweetheart. Also it would be good if they have signs in English and Chinese so no misunderstandings would happen."

"Not clean in the toilets and showers.. Blanket without covers. The material in the bed was awful. It is very basic and the price should not be more than 180 TBH."

"Quiet and beautiful location with facilities. Pool was amazing with the beach right on doorstep. Property was clean with extra bedding, sheets and pillows to accommodate a family of 6. Contact with the host was really good. The security guards and staff really look after you and are super respectful, can’t fault it."

"The apartment is in a great location on a quiet side street, but very close to all the action in the old city. Charles is fantastic to work with. Not only does he readily answer any questions you have and provide lots of guidance, he's put a lot of effort into a binder filled with information ranging from the apartment functions to the wide variety of places to eat and adventures that may be of interest. He also provides a video library in the tv which covers this information too."

"On the positive side, the house itself is spacious and offers truly spectacular views. Fortunately, it has a jacuzzi and access to a shared pool, which was essential since the sea was full of box jellyfish (apparently common in August on this island). Because of that, swimming in the ocean was not possible. In fact, the week before our stay, a 22-year-old woman tragically passed away after being stung by one."
