"Villa Fleur de Lys is a great sized villa, right on the beach, with a swimming pool and has excellent amenities. The rooms are large, with comfortable beds and en suite bathrooms. There is a kid's games room and an entertainment centre with a gym, foosball table, ping pong table and pool table. The included breakfast is big enough and the restaurant provided large portion sizes. The beach is okay for swimming, but aqua shoes are recommended as there are rocks."

Huset är lite slitet och skulle må bra av lite renovering och förnyelse. Men allt fungerar och det är välutrustat och städat.

La conception architecturale de la maison qui en fait un lieu d’exception dans tous ses aménagements et principalement la piscine à débordement de grande taille avec une vue sur l’océan indien . Le calme et la sérénité du lieu : la musique de l’océan , le chant des oiseaux et du vent … un coucher de soleil tous les soirs sur l’océan : de la piscine , du salon , de la cuisine et de notre chambre , du jardin …. Une vue panoramique à 180 degrés !!! L’emplacement géographique dans le quartier de l’hermitage : accès direct au lagon et proximité à pied de Saint-Gilles ."

Hard to find. In need of renovation but it seems like it's underway.

"Great value & service. The house is in the second line of buildings. The property was perfectly clean, plenty of towels, a lot of space. Perfect place for a group of friends, close to restaurants and city center. There is a guest house with a nice sauna."

"朝食はメニューから選んで持ってきてくれる。麺がおいしかった。テラスでスタッフや他のゲストと会話しながらいただけて楽しかった。自転車を自由に使えた。シャワーブースは扉が閉まるのでトイレ・洗面が水浸しにならなくてよかった。部屋はとてもきれい。スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで親切。夜は静かで、やもりの鳴き声が聞こえる。サッカリン通りまで歩いてすぐで、托鉢を観に行くのも簡単だった。"

現地のテレビ番組を見たかったが、テレビの操作方法がわからず、どのボタンを押しても何も映らなかった（スタッフに聞けば教えてくれたはずだが、聞くのを忘れてそのままになった） 部屋の鍵がかなり旧式（外に出るときは内側のノブのポッチを押し込んでから強くドアを閉めるタイプ）。ただし物騒な感じがまったくしないので不安はなかった。

It was winter, blankets were not enough and those that were there were quite short in length.
