"The villa really stands out as the best accommodation in or around Conakry!"

Just the garbage in the garden, but nothing to really complain about!

"My family and I spent one night at Himma's Luxury guest house. The property was supper clean, staff was very polite and answer to any concerns or questions we had.I highly recommend this place. This place will be my go to whenever I'm here in Freetown, Sierra Leone."

I don't like the fact that there's is no TV in any of the rooms we rented.

"This is beautiful property! Spacious, bright, well equipped and comfortable. Breathtaking views from the terrace. Just few minutes from Ferry by local taxi (EC& 30 in 2025)."

There are no mosquito nets. When you don’t like using AC it could be a problem.

"This villa is large and comfortable. There’s a perfect kitchen with a variety of utensils for cooking. Unfortunately, our time was limited, but we appreciated the amenities and the location close to the ocean."

"The location is great. We have very good privacy and there is a nice view to the lake. The reception lady was great and they answered to our requests very fast."

Weak wifi, not enough napkins, toilet paper. No soup liquid in the toilets. Other than that we were really satisfied.

"Nice apartment. Clean and the neighbourhood seemed safe. All the amenities worked. The host and staff were readily available. The only issue has nothing to do with the property, the internet says there is a place nearby to get food. The internet is wrong, that place is closed, it.woul be wise to take groceries or food."

"I stayed here for two weeks during my work trip. The owners, Sandra and her husband, were very friendly and responsive. Before arriving, I checked whether they had a coffee machine in the villa; they made sure I would have one to use when I arrived. They had a brand new espresso machine for me. It was great to have access to good coffee, as Lilongwe's cafe culture is still developing. The housekeeper, Alice, was also excellent—very clean, tidy, and does laundry perfectly. The location is great in a very safe and green area with several tucked away restaurants in 20 -30 min walking distances, but without a car, it is a bit inconvenient to get around. But, this generally applies to anywhere else in Lilongwe. I highly recommend this place if you don’t want to be stuck in a hotel room during an extended work trip or if you're visiting Lilongwe for more than a couple of days."

The only issue we encountered is no hot water early in the morning. I guess the solar system is not storing the hot water . The master bathroom should have a shower curtain if someone wants to shower instead of soaking in the bathtub

I had have to pay for electricity, second bedroom was closed because we pay for couple. No key's to main gate, need's to ask landlord to open gate every time.

I did not like that thee properties were in the same enclosure and privacy became an issue after a family arrived two days before my departure. I felt uneasy to share the solitude and safety of the premises.

"Beautiful views overlooking the sea. I saw a rainbow. The facility is set up to be self servic but you can also order food off the menu. Elevated local food was excellent. The host was very attentive and accommodating where possible."

The pool was a bit cool so I did not use it.

"L'endroit est très propre et décoré avec goût, on se croirait chez soit ! Cette maison est un paradis que ce soit pour les adultes et pour les enfants. Il y a un coin jeux extérieur pour eux, et des jouets ainsi que des équipements loisir (draisienne, ballon rebondissant, etc...) à l'intérieur. Les services proposés sont également de qualité et très intéressants !"

"The villa was stunning and really well laid out and there was so much space, you could have family time but alone time too. The conversion and history was amazing along with the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. The kids loved the pool with the different lights and jacuzzi and they had great fun. Also had beach towels which was a plus. There was a full sized table tennis table which was also good fun. Location was really good and situated in a beautiful place. Shops were extremely close and it also had advantage of it being open 24 hours a day. They had bbq facilities as well however due to the weather we never got a chance to use this. The owner even bought and delivered us a birthday cake for someone in our party which was delicious."

"Sehr großes Grundstück mit Sauna, Whirlpool, Pool, große Wiese, Gemeinschaftsraum draußen mit einem Kühlschrank. Sehr großes Gebäude mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, Billardtisch, Tischfußball. Ruhige Umgebung und alles ist eingezäunt. Nette Gastgeberin."

Beleuchtung draußen ist etwas wenig.

"The check-in was smooth. Key was inside the key box, code of key box was provided. Villa is in a peaceful location. Big screen TV, Internet, netflix made stay more entertaining. Overall cozy stay."

"The place was clean and well kept. David our host was very attentive and helpful for anything we needed. He picked us up at the airport and showed us around Roatan. It was close to West End but not loud like staying on the strip."
