"False advertisement, claiming there's a private pool where's there's no such and the aircon was not working. Oh another thing i had to drive and collect the keys myself about 10km claiming the lady who got keys already went home I didn't like that, and I had to switch the geyser off on my departure that's not my job"

"Beautiful clean rooms, mattress is just a bit too hard for our liking"
"Lovely room with great views from the terrace. Excellent breakfast and helpful and knowledgeable host. Friendly staff and a bonus visit from Tom and Jerry, the local loeries! The communal kitchen/lounge area was useful and well equipped. The luggage funicular was extremely welcome."
