"We stayed in the apartment A402, I believe their are a number of units rented in the complex. We had underground parking a few steps from the lift. The apartment is spacious with a great terrace with great views, including Mont Blanc in the distance. It was very well kitted out and very comfortable. I felt it was good value for the price we paid."

The beds and bed linen are ok (clean) but could do with an upgrade. The bathroom could also do with an upgrade, remove the bath and put in a shower, and upgrade the lighting, but that is just my opinion. The WiFi is a bit hit and miss, it is been connected through a Netgear Router from the apartment directly above.

"*Edmar、Cora、Jona* 今回の滞在は彼らのおかげで、とても思い出深いものになりました。 7日間私はホテルに泊まっていると言うより､まるで自分の部屋にいるような感覚でリラックスし何の違和感も無く過ごせました。 必要なもの(冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・食器など)は全て揃っているしランドリーで洗濯もできるので着替えも最小限で良い。 3日目の夜中から明け方まで、非常識なカップルのせいで眠る事ができないトラブルに見舞われましたが、朝これを訴えたところ迅速に対応して頂き当該カップルは静かになり、再び熟睡できるようになりました。また彼らは早速耳栓も届けてくれました。常に『何か必要なことがありますか』と訊いて気にかけて下さり終始安心感の中で過ごすことができました。 立地がよく､マーライオン公園・ナショナルギャラリー・アジア文明博物館など全て歩いて行ける。クラークキー駅・ラッフルズプレイス駅両方使えて､リトルインディア・チャイナタウン・アラブストリート…どこに行くのも便利。 是非再び滞在したい良いホテルです。"

ボートキー川沿いの飲食店街にあり､店は午前3時まで営業。窓は二重窓になっているので店舗の喧騒は大して気にならないが､飲食店が終業して盛り上がったままホテルに帰って来る人のハイテンションな話し声は、壁が薄いのか聞こえてきます。

"The property was charming, obviously an example of a typical village dwelling. It was very convenient to have a laundry on the premises that we could use as necessary."

"The host is warm and friendly, making you feel right at home. We encountered issues during the time travelling, and the host came right away to sort everything out perfectly. Super helpful. The room is perfect for friends to relax and unwind after days of intense underwater activities. They offer car rental, which is a better offer than other companies. We had a wonderful stay here and will choose here again in the future."

"オーナーさんはこまめに連絡や気遣いをしてくれたので安心できた。ロケーションは近くにモールやバスターミナルがあり、食事、郊外・旧市街・長距離移動に便利で、コンドミニアムの入口にも警備員さんがいるのでセキュリティもちゃんとしている。ご家族と一緒の入口となるが、バス・トイレと部屋はほぼ専用で使える。エルサルバドルの住宅環境を知れるのも良い経験かも。"

コンドミニアムに入るゲートの警備員さんはスペイン語しか話せない。しかしオーナーさんがスペイン語のメッセージを事前に送ってくれたので問題なく入ることができた。

"A tastefully furnished hotel with very kind and friendly owners who do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible, even in challenging conditions. "Excellent, large clean apartment with huge beds and a cosy sun room. Well equipped and conveniently situated in a quiet friendly village."

The hot water supply took a while to get used to but no issues thereafter.

"セキュリティがしっかりしていて安心感がありました。ポーターさんもいて、客室までスーツケースを運んでくださいました。エレベータも完備されています。客室はかなり広く、2人では十分過ぎるくらいでした。調理器具を始めとして必要なアメニティなどは揃っていますので、長期滞在される方にもオススメです。清潔感があり、かなり快適な滞在となりました。また、スタッフの方は英語が通じますので、コミュニケーションには困りませんでした。翌朝のタクシーの手配なども、快く手伝ってくれました。"

事前に「喫煙ルーム」「禁煙ルーム」のリクエストが出来ました。そのため、てっきり両方の部屋タイプがあるのかと思っていました。宿泊日の数日前にも、上記のリクエストを問うメールがありました。私は「喫煙ルーム」を希望しましたが、現地に行ってみたところ、全室禁煙とのこと。喫煙のために、わざわざ1階に下りて、屋外の喫煙スペースに行く必要があったのはかなり不便でした。全室禁煙ならば、「喫煙ルーム」「禁煙ルーム」のリクエストを問い、ゲストに期待させるのはナンセンスだと思いました。なお、客室の外は吹き抜けとなっており、外と繋がっています。そのため、蚊が多い印象がありました。蚊対策のグッズは用意しておいた方が良いでしょう。

"Borel is exception in my opinion, i have visited the property two times and enjoyed my stay each time. The location is perfect if you are looking for a place to rest, privacy, good security and comfort. Bonamousadi market is not far from the residence, very easy to get into the city if you want to."

From my experience, alot has improved. The internet speed is far better, reaction time for is very good, and the staffs are true human in their interaction with me. I think they have mastered the act of hospitality. I will visit again in my next trip.
