The guy at reception messed up my check-out. He couldn't find my booking, said I must have done it privately, and even asked me what my room rate was! Then I told him it was on booking.com again and he said fine, you can go, (presumably cos my credit card guaranteed payment?) Then as I was about to go to the airport he called me back and said you still need to pay. But this is a fabulous place. That was just a minor frustration.

For us the beds were a bit small, we are used to larger beds For a late check out they offer to stay in a common area and they charge 25 euro per person for this. I think this service should be offered complementary.

"Excellent no complains great value for the price the nightly rates do not do justice to te quality clean spacious room full size kitchen and bathroom. If you are traveling on a budget I highly recommend this place. I'll be staying there next time. Very quiet also. AC also available and good quality WIFI."

"We stayed in the apartment A402, I believe their are a number of units rented in the complex. We had underground parking a few steps from the lift. The apartment is spacious with a great terrace with great views, including Mont Blanc in the distance. It was very well kitted out and very comfortable. I felt it was good value for the price we paid."

The beds and bed linen are ok (clean) but could do with an upgrade. The bathroom could also do with an upgrade, remove the bath and put in a shower, and upgrade the lighting, but that is just my opinion. The WiFi is a bit hit and miss, it is been connected through a Netgear Router from the apartment directly above.

Went on a rainy day , so wet throughout, but other than that was good

"*Edmar、Cora、Jona* 今回の滞在は彼らのおかげで、とても思い出深いものになりました。 7日間私はホテルに泊まっていると言うより､まるで自分の部屋にいるような感覚でリラックスし何の違和感も無く過ごせました。 必要なもの(冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・食器など)は全て揃っているしランドリーで洗濯もできるので着替えも最小限で良い。 3日目の夜中から明け方まで、非常識なカップルのせいで眠る事ができないトラブルに見舞われましたが、朝これを訴えたところ迅速に対応して頂き当該カップルは静かになり、再び熟睡できるようになりました。また彼らは早速耳栓も届けてくれました。常に『何か必要なことがありますか』と訊いて気にかけて下さり終始安心感の中で過ごすことができました。 立地がよく､マーライオン公園・ナショナルギャラリー・アジア文明博物館など全て歩いて行ける。クラークキー駅・ラッフルズプレイス駅両方使えて､リトルインディア・チャイナタウン・アラブストリート…どこに行くのも便利。 是非再び滞在したい良いホテルです。"

ボートキー川沿いの飲食店街にあり､店は午前3時まで営業。窓は二重窓になっているので店舗の喧騒は大して気にならないが､飲食店が終業して盛り上がったままホテルに帰って来る人のハイテンションな話し声は、壁が薄いのか聞こえてきます。

"I cannot recommend this place enough. It was exactly what we were looking for and 1000 times better than the hotel we stayed in the night before for a similar price. It was beautifully decorated, so clean and comfortable, had everything you could need and was in a good location. Don't stay anywhere else, this is the best place in Libreville!"

Everything is a little bit used

"The place was clean, at a nice location, walk to the beach. The staff was also amazing especially Salum the caretaker who was quick to respond. The owner is also amazing. They also offered recommendations on what's good close by."

Location was far from the main tourist centers in Nungwi and stone town. Suggest getting a car if you are there - lucky we had one. Otherwise great stay!

Grocery store not far away on site - this one is quite expensive so would advise shopping at Spar or Lidl which are a 12 minute drive away. Soar has a good selection of cooked food so you can buy meals there quite cheaply to save time. Atmosphere on the site is nice, and no problems with noisy guests. 2nd year in a row staying there, hopefully will return again."

The properties never have enough electrical sockets, so bring an extension cable or you’ll have problems charging phones etc.

Bedding. I personally prefer white sheets for places to stay. It's the only way I can tell 100% that my bed is clean.

"Das Appartement hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage mit Blick auf die Burg von Făgăraș sowie seitlich auf die orthodoxe Kirche. Es liegt sehr zentral und verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, so dass eine Parkplatzsuche nicht notwendig ist. Nahezu direkt unter dem Appartement befinden sich ein ganz kleiner Laden, in dem man das Nötigste (z.B. Getränke) erhält. Ein paar Meter weiter befinden sich eine Apotheke und eine Möglichkeit für Geldwechsel. Auch der Markt für frisches Obst und Gemüse ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Appartement selbst ist wunderschön. Man merkt, dass es gut gepflegt wird! Es ist sauber und ordentlich und die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn es doch mal Fragen gibt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen!"
